UX Designer; Figma​/eCommerce

Position: UX Designer (Figma / eCommerce)

Convertibles is a conversion rate optimization (CRO) agency that helps Shopify brands grow profitably through user-first design, strategic A/B testing, and performance marketing. We’re ex-Shopify founders, eComm operators, and CRO nerds. Now we need your UX brain.

We don’t do bloated decks or aimless audits. We deliver ‘Needle Mover’ wireframes that lift conversion, fast.

As a UX Designer at Convertibles, you’ll work independently across a portfolio of Shopify brands (mostly 7–8 and one 9 figure brand), designing high-impact wireframes, prototypes, and flows based on research, user behavior, and proven conversion patterns.

Expect deep ownership of client outcomes, freedom to lead creatively, and close collaboration with analysts, copywriters, and founders.

Create and deliver Needle Mover’s wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma

Partner with analysts to identify drop-off points

, friction, and hypotheses from analytics, Hotjar, surveys, and user tests

Execute conversion-focused UX/UI across PDPs, collection pages, navigation, mobile flows, and cart/checkout

Design experiences that elevate a brand aspirationally

, not just match existing UI

Own and maintain client brand guidelines or build them from scratch where missing

Lead or support design sprints

, UX deep dives, and insights presentations

Collaborate with CRO strategists to interpret test results and iterate based on data

Work async, but communicate clearly and document well

3+ years UX/UI design experience (agency or eComm preferred)

Deep experience with Figma and modern design tools

Strong understanding of Shopify DTC customer journeys

Proven ability to move fast, synthesize data, and make smart design tradeoffs

Native or near-native English for writing microcopy and communicating with clients

Paid Test Project

There is a paid ($100 US) test project which can be completed in 2-8 hours depending on skill level (doing a mobile mockup of a multi-pack builder on a shopify brands website - interactive figma prototype) - Details after application.
