Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Product Designer II – Figma Specialist for our client. This is a 100% Remote opportunity to work with a leading, innovative organization at the forefront of technology, known for its collaborative culture and forward-thinking design practices.

Location: Remote (U.S.-Based)

Pay: $65–$75/hour

What You’ll Do

  • Build, refine, and spec Figma components, variants, and instances
  • Extend design variables and improve component flexibility
  • Improve styling systems for scalability across the product suite
  • Collaborate with UX architects to ensure component accuracy and usability
  • Stay current with Figma updates and implement improvements to the design system
  • Evaluate and manage Figma plugins to optimize workflow efficiency

What We’re Looking For

  • Expertise in Figma with a strong focus on design systems
  • Excellent visual and interaction design skills with pixel-perfect execution
  • Skilled in microinteractions, motion design, and advanced Figma prototyping
  • Understanding of tokenization and its application in design-to-code handoffs
  • Experience creating production-ready component libraries
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS design; cybersecurity industry knowledge is a plus
