Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Figma Developer based in Surat, with the flexibility to work remotely on some occasions.
The Figma Developer will be responsible for transforming design concepts into digital interfaces using Figma, collaborating with the design and development teams, and ensuring user-friendly and responsive designs.
Additional daily tasks include maintaining design systems, incorporating feedback, and staying updated with the latest UI/UX trends and Figma features.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Figma with experience in creating user interfaces, prototypes, and responsive layouts
Strong design skills, including knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchies
Familiarity with UX principles, user journey mapping, and interactive workflows
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design ideas clearly
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Adaptability to work in a hybrid environment - both in-office in Surat and remotely as needed
Knowledge of additional design tools or web development tools is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, or a related field is preferred
