Launch Strategy, Brand & Comms

Description

• Partner with Product Marketing and Marketing Communications, Content, and Community leaders to plan and orchestrate Figma’s largest launches.
• Build and evolve a repeatable launch framework that connects brand, communications, and social efforts.
• Drive consistency and clarity in storytelling across all channels and touchpoints.
• Identify and close gaps in launch readiness, resourcing, and narrative alignment.
• Serve as the connective tissue between brand strategy and launch execution for awareness and launch work.
• Track and synthesize learnings from major launches to improve speed, impact, and collaboration.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across marketing, communications, or operations.
• Demonstrated ability to bring structure and creativity to complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Proven success collaborating cross-functionally across marketing, community, and creative functions.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills with a track record of driving clarity and alignment across teams.
• Experience balancing narrative strategy with coordinated execution for launches.
• Experience in social marketing is preferred.
• Experience in consumer tech and fast-paced environments is preferred.
• Experience in creative production and operations is preferred.
• Must be able to work from one of Figma’s US hubs or remotely in the United States.
