Bricks Builder Developer Needed: Implement Figma Design

We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer who can implement our Figma design in WordPress using Bricks Builder. This is an MVP build (static pages, no complex dynamic functionality yet). We want a clean, maintainable setup with minimal plugins.

Figma (we will provide you a Figma seat so you can use Dev Mode)
Plugins: keep to an absolute minimum (only add plugins with approval)

Project structure

We will start with a paid test milestone: Home page only. If successful, we will continue with 4 additional pages built in the same system.

Milestone 1 (paid test): Home page (Bricks)

Deliverables

Build the Home page in Bricks with high fidelity to Figma
Fully responsive (mobile/tablet/desktop)
Clean Bricks structure (sections/components), consistent naming, reusable classes
Basic QA across modern browsers (Chrome/Safari/Firefox)

Non-negotiable styling rules (must follow)

No elementlevel styling for colors and typography (no perelement font family, font sizes, text colors, etc.)
All colors and typography must be managed centrally via:
Theme-level styles (Bricks Theme Styles / Global Typography)
Global color palette and/or CSS variables
Classes (utility/component classes), not inline overrides

Success test

we should be able to change global colors/typography once and see the whole page update correctly.

Fonts (must follow)

Fonts are Google Fonts, but must be selfhosted (uploaded locally to the website).
No loading fonts from Google's CDN.
Fonts must be applied via theme/global styles (not elementlevel).

Images / privacy

We will use placeholders for personal photos in the Figma file you receive.
Final personal images will be swapped later by us (or in a final milestone).

Phase 2 (after MVP): Crocoblock / JetEngine readiness

MVP pages are static, but we expect to use Crocoblock/JetEngine later for a more advanced build (dynamic content/CPT/listings). We want someone who can handle that phase as well so we do not need to switch developers. Please confirm your JetEngine experience (examples appreciated).

What we provide

Staging WordPress environment
Bricks setup (and licenses as needed)
Figma file (Home page only for Milestone 1) + a Figma seat for Dev Mode
Content, brand assets, and font files (or permission to download and selfhost them)

What to include in your proposal

2–3 examples of Figma → WordPress builds (Bricks preferred)
Your approach to implementing a "themestyle only" system (globals, variables, classes)
Confirmation you will not add plugins without approval
Confirmation you can selfhost Google Fonts and avoid external font loading
Confirmation of JetEngine/Crocoblock experience for Phase 2

Confidentiality / portfolio

All shared materials are confidential and may be used only to deliver this project.
No subcontracting without written approval.
No portfolio/case study/social sharing (screenshots or URL) without written permission.
At project completion, delete/return all client materials upon request and confirm in writing.
All work product created for this project is owned by us upon full payment.

Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
