I'm looking for an experienced Figma Product Designer to help refine and finalise a SaaS prototype consisting of dashboards, workflows, and multi-step user exercises.

This is not a branding or marketing design role. The focus is on clear, structured product UI that will be used to guide development.

Project Context

The product is a SaaS platform with

  • Guided exercises (multi-step flows)
  • Dashboards and metrics views
  • CRM / workflowstyle screens
  • Multiple user states (editable, completed, locked, hidden)

I've already completed

  • System scope and product logic
  • User roles and permissions
  • Exercise structure and lifecycle rules
  • Early Figma layouts and some interactive prototypes

Your role is to elevate, systemise, and complete the Figma designs so they are consistent, usable, and ready for implementation.

What You'll Do

  • Refine existing Figma screens and create missing ones
  • Design clear user flows across multistep exercises
  • Define screen states (empty, populated, locked, readonly)
  • Establish consistent layout patterns and reusable components
  • Ensure visual clarity for dashboards and dataheavy screens
  • Keep designs pragmatic and implementationfocused

Important (Please Read)

These Figma designs will be imported into WeWeb for implementation

This means

  • Clean structure, component hierarchy, and spacing matter
  • Screens should be "implementationready" for nocode handoff
  • You should be comfortable designing SaaS products that are handed off to nocode or development teams.

What I'm Looking For

  • Strong experience designing SaaS or internal tools
  • Excellent Figma skills (components, variants, organised files)
  • Comfort designing workflows, dashboards, and datadriven UI
  • Ability to think in systems, not just individual screens
  • Clear communication and willingness to iterate
  • Experience with nocode handoff (WeWeb, Bubble, etc.) is a plus, but not required.

Deliverables

A complete Figma file covering all required screens

Consistent components and layout system

Clear visual states for key interactions

Designs suitable for direct reference during build
