Figma UI/UX Designer

Hi there We operate high-growth DTC e-commerce brands and are looking for a specialized Figma UI/UX Designer to architect the next evolution of our footwear brand.

We are not looking for a generalist or a "page builder" user. We need an architect who builds high-conversion systems.

You will be responsible for the visual blueprint of our Shopify storefront (Homepage, PDP, and About Us). Your goal is to combine premium "lifestyle" aesthetics with aggressive CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization). Once your Figma designs are finalized, they will be handed off to our development team for implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Set up a consistent set of fonts, colors, and buttons so the site looks professional.
• Design the mobile version of the site first (390px width) because that is where most of our customers shop.
• Figma files must be built using "Autolayout" and "Components."
• Your layouts should make it obvious where the "Add to Cart" button is and why our shoes are better than the competition.
• Use our technical photos (like sole grip details) to show off the shoe's quality.
• Create the main banners, icons, and visual graphics needed for the pages.

Technical requirements

• Expertlevel use of Autolayout 5.0, Components, and Variables. (Essential).
• Proven track record designing for USbased ecommerce brands (Footwear/Apparel niche is a PLUS).
• You understand why a "sticky" buy button or a 1:1 image ratio matters for mobile sales.
• Ability to prepare/export highres WebP/SVG assets for developer use.
• This is a 100% Figmabased role. No Shopify setup or Liquid coding required.
