SaaS / Web App UI Designer: Turn Screenshots into High-Fidelity Figma Design System (Desktop Focus)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced UI Designer to take our existing Web Application concepts (screenshots/mockups) and turn them into a professional, developer-ready Figma design.

The Goal

We are currently focusing on the Desktop Web App.

We need a structured design system that allows us to launch the web version now, but keeps the door open for a mobile app in the future.

Your Tasks

• Re-Design & Polish: Take our existing screenshots (approx. 10 screens) and rebuild them as a modern Web Application in Figma.
• Create a Design System (UI Kit):
• Define global styles (Colors, Typography, Spacing).
• Create reusable components (Buttons, Inputs, Tables, Modals, Sidebar Navigation).
• Important: Build components cleanly so they can be adapted for mobile later easily.

Requirements

• Expert level in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables).
• Strong experience with Web Apps, SaaS Dashboards, or Admin Panels.
• Understanding of Responsive Web Design (Grid systems, Breakpoints).

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
