Senior Webflow Developer — Figma-Accurate Builds

The Context

• We already have final Figma designs (locked)

The site is live in Webflow, but we're seeing regressions during implementation:

• Mobile breakpoints behaving incorrectly (scroll lock / pinned hero / z-index issues)
• Interactions not matching Figma intent
• Carousels / sliders not behaving consistently
• Small layout shifts introduced while "fixing" other areas

What we need is not a redesign and not creative reinterpretation.

We're specifically looking for someone who

• Treats Figma as the source of truth
• Can debug and correct existing Webflow builds without introducing new regressions
• Is comfortable working with HTML/CSS/JS when Webflow interactions fall short
• Understands mobile Safari quirks (vh units, fixed vs sticky, overflow, etc.)
• Works surgically rather than refactoring broadly

Phase 2 would focus on

• Fixing mobile + interaction issues
• Restoring parity with Figma
• Hardening sliders/testimonials/blog sections
• Ensuring changes don't break previously working areas
