
As a skilled Figma Designer, your role will involve creating engaging and user-friendly digital experiences. You should have expertise in Figma, a strong eye for design aesthetics, and a deep understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
Key Responsibilities
- UI/UX Design:
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using Figma.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Maintain design consistency through Figma components, auto-layouts, and styles.
- Figma Expertise & Collaboration:
- Create and manage design systems, components, and reusable assets in Figma.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders through Figmas collaboration tools (comments, shared libraries, FigJam, etc.).
- Optimize workflows using Figma plugins and integrations.
- User Research & Testing:
- Conduct usability testing using interactive Figma prototypes.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
- Ensure accessibility and WCAG compliance in designs.
- Developer Handoff & Implementation:
- Prepare and share design specs, assets, and prototypes for developers.
- Ensure a smooth design-to-development handoff using Figmas Inspect tool.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
Qualifications Required
Technical Skills
- Expertise in Figma (Auto-layout, Components, Variants, Styles, Prototyping, etc.).
- Strong UI/UX design skills with knowledge of design principles & usability best practices.
- Experience in creating and managing design systems.
- Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS & Tailwind CSS for better collaboration with developers.
- Familiarity with Figma plugins, FigJam, and prototyping animations.
Soft Skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication & teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in Design, UI/UX, or related field (preferred).
- 3 years of experience in UI/UX design with a Figma-focused portfolio.
- A strong portfolio showcasing Figma-based projects.
- Note: The job type is full-time with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund.
