Contract Figma Designer — Visual Site Evolution Intapp.com is in the middle of a deliberate visual evolution — not a redesign from scratch, but a purposeful effort to extend an established, freshened look across a large existing site. We've done the groundwork: key pages and templates have been updated, and our web style guide is nearly complete. Now we need to scale that execution.This role exists to help our internal lead push that evolution further, faster.

You'll work directly under their direction — owning execution across a backlog of pages and page templates in Figma, applying a defined visual system with precision and craft.What you'll do:Apply the established visual direction across a high volume of existing page designs in FigmaWork from a defined web style guide to maintain consistency across page types and templatesCollaborate closely with the internal lead on daily priorities and design decisionsContribute refinements to the web style guide as needed, under the lead's directionHand off approved Figma files to the web team for CMS implementationWhat you will need:Strong Figma skills — confident working at pace within an established design systemA sharp eye for page layout, visual hierarchy, alignment, and web typographyExperience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology web designComfortable operating with direction, not ambiguity — you're executing a vision, not defining oneFamiliarity with design-to-CMS handoff workflows is a plusWorking proficiency in Asana for task and project trackingWhat you'll gain:At Intapp, you'll get the opportunity to bring your talents and intellectual curiosity to create better outcomes for our people and our clients.
