📝 Rquirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, Interaction Designer, or a related role, with a robust portfolio demonstrating web and mobile application design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and user research techniques.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.
• Solid grasp of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Awareness of responsive design concepts and mobile-first strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities with keen attention to detail and effective task prioritization.
• Outstanding communication abilities and capacity to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS) is advantageous but not essential.
• Background in designing for educational platforms or online learning settings is preferable.

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are

• Design user interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and other digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to convey design ideas and user flows.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, gathering feedback to continually enhance the user experience.
• Work closely with developers to guarantee designs are executed accurately and effectively.
• Create and uphold a unified design system, ensuring consistency across all platforms and user interactions.
• Keep abreast of the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our platforms remain innovative.
• Generate user personas, journey maps, and other design artifacts to inform product decisions and feature enhancement.
• Collaborate with product and content teams to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
