Role: Lead UX Designer (11142024)

Location: Remote (EST/CST candidates only)

Duration: 6 Months CTH

Must have:

• Need Lead Experience
• Need Commercial Sites Experience (Dot Com Commercial Project)
• Candidates must submit a portfolio, include a LinkedIn profile, and list certifications at the top of their resume.
• Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience required.
• Figma
• User testing tools (e.g., UserTesting.com )
• Axure

Requirements:

• Strong ability to present design concepts visually, verbally, and in writing, with skill in explaining and negotiating design decisions.
• Ability to use user research and A/B testing/behavioral analytics to quickly produce wireframes, showing flexibility and efficiency in a dynamic work setting.
• Understanding of the Lean UX approach, with the ability to quickly prototype, iterate, and implement user-centered design solutions in a team-focused and efficient way.
• Proficiency in FIGMA, and familiarity with user research platforms like , Agile project management tools such as Jira, and documentation tools like Confluence. Knowledge of Smartsheet is beneficial.
• Experience in addressing complex design issues, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines successfully.
• Good independent work habits, alongside the ability to contribute effectively to a team setting.
