📝 Rquirements

• A minimum of 5 years in UX / Product Design
• A strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy and UI implementation
• Advanced skills in Figma
• Experience with design systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are

• Develop user flows, wireframes, and journey maps
• Create detailed high-fidelity UI designs using Figma
• Construct interactive, clickable prototypes
• Provide dev-ready design specifications and annotations
• Help develop and maintain components of the design system
• Create A/B test variations to enhance experimentation
• Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders
• Mentor junior designers and assist external partners as required
• Utilize user feedback and analytics to refine and enhance designs
