We’re looking for a talented UI Designer with experience in Figma to join us in an equity-based role. You’ll play a key part in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our products. As the company becomes profitable, this position will transition into a paid role with competitive compensation.

What You’ll Do

• Design high-quality, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces for web applications
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth handoff of designs and proper implementation
• Establish and maintain a consistent design system for our products
• Conduct user research and iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing
• Work closely with founders and early team members to define the look and feel of our brand

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)
• Experience creating responsive designs that work across multiple devices
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (not required)
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a startup environment
• Passion for building clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces
