We create a social atmosphere throughout the application by allowing users to bet directly against one another and enjoy a full scale social media platform!As a UX/UI Designer you will be responsible for designing high-quality user interfaces and assets using Figma for our web, mobile, and marketing platforms. The ideal candidate is fluent in Figma, has a strong understanding of visual hierarchy and UX/UI principles, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Create high-fidelity Figma designs for web and mobile experiencesCollaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers to bring ideas to lifeDevelop and maintain design systems and UI libraries in FigmaTranslate product requirements into visually engaging and user-friendly mockupsIterate on feedback quickly and effectivelyEnsure consistency of design across all touchpointsExport and prep assets for developers as neededRequirements:4+ years of experience in UI/UX design or visual design (Figma-heavy workflows)Expert proficiency in Figma (component libraries, auto layout, prototyping, etc.)A strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile design projectsDeep understanding of design fundamentals—typography, color, spacing, hierarchyStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects at onceThis position is onsite at our Boston HQ located next to South Station.
