About The RoleWe're looking for a highly skilled UX/UI Designer with deep expertise in Figma and a passion for intuitive digital product design. As a key member of the Product and Design team, you'll help shape user experiences across SprintRays growing ecosystemincluding IoT devices, cloud platforms, web portals, and CAD/CAM dental tools. Your work will directly influence the way dental professionals interact with our solutions, improving workflows that impact real lives.

This is a high-ownership role ideal for a designer who can operate autonomously, think strategically, and execute beautifully. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders across departments to bring clarity and elegance to complex digital challenges.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes based on user needs and business goals

Own and evolve our Figma-based design system, ensuring consistency across platforms

Translate technical and clinical requirements into simple, elegant UI/UX designs

Conduct and participate in user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design decisions

Create interactive prototypes and annotated specifications for developers

Collaborate across teams to ensure design feasibility, proper implementation, and user-centric outcomes

Communicate design rationale and user value clearly to stakeholders

Maintain awareness of trends in UX, design tooling, and dental/med-tech software

Required Qualifications5 plus years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped products

Bachelors degree HCI, Product Design, or similar

Expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Design Tokens, Prototyping)

Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries

Strong grasp of UX principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design

Ability to conduct or participate in user interviews, surveys, and feedback synthesis

Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Clinical, Marketing)

Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment

Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in dental, med-tech, healthcare, or regulated software

Familiarity with IoT products or design for hardware-software ecosystems

Understanding of front-end development and handoff best practices (HTML/CSS, React, etc.)

Experience with 3D visualization tools or CAD/CAM workflows

Motion/interaction design capabilities using tools like Lottie or After Effects
