The UI/UX Designer is a key role in Virtus' growing Tech/Dev practice. We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on user experience strategy, journey mapping, and wireframing. This role will collaborate closely with project managers and development teams to translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centered designs. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of usability principles, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable iterating through feedback. This role involves utilizing Figma, a powerful, collaborative design tool.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of user flows, journey maps, low-fidelity sketches, and wireframes to communicate design concepts clearly.
• Translate requirements into user-centered interface designs while maintaining alignment with guidelines.
• Collaborate with project managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and reflect business objectives.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience or equivalent project work.
• Experience with Figma is required.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UX decision-making.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Ability to explain design choices and incorporate feedback constructively.
