Convert Figma Design to Tailwind Admin

We have a fully designed admin dashboard in Figma and are looking for an experienced designer/developer to help convert it into a clean, structured Tailwind Admin UI layout.

This is not a redesign - the visual direction, components, spacing, and flow are already done. The task is to accurately translate our existing Figma designs into a Tailwind Admin system that’s developer ready and scalable.

What we need

Convert an existing Figma admin dashboard into Tailwind UI components

Maintain design fidelity (spacing, typography, layout, hierarchy)

Structure components cleanly for handoff to engineering

Follow modern admin UI patterns (tables, filters, cards, nav, modals, etc.)

Ensure consistency across pages and components

Nice to have

Experience with Tailwind Admin templates

Experience working with SaaS dashboards

Understanding of UX best practices for internal tools

Ability to suggest improvements without changing the design direction
