Design website ans assets in Figma and provide markup and css

I'm looking for a talented individual to take a project brief for a website. We need a build for a client and design it Figma, per their request.

Deliverables

• 9 low-fidelity wireframe pages for desktop, table, and mobile phone view.
• Style guide page, font, sizes, spacing, components, button states.
• High-fidelity interactive prototype of 5 pages.
• Convert hi Fidelity, prototypes to clean organized semantic HTML and CSS
