We are looking for a skilled Framer Developer to take our completed Figma designs and transform them into a fully functional, high-performance website.

Our current site needs a complete overhaul. We have the new vision ready in Figma, and we need someone who can translate those designs into Framer with pixel-perfect precision and advanced interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Figma to Framer Conversion: Accurately recreate designs, maintaining all brand guidelines, typography, and spacing.
• Responsive Design: Ensure the site is fully optimized for Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile breakpoints.
• CMS Setup: Configure the Framer CMS for our blog/portfolio/team sections so we can easily update content.
• Interactions & Animations: Implement smooth page transitions, hover effects, and scroll-triggered animations that enhance the UX.
• SEO & Speed: Optimize the site for fast loading speeds and ensure all SEO metadata is correctly implemented.

Requirements

• Proven portfolio of live sites built exclusively in Framer.
• Expertise in Figma (specifically how to extract assets and interpret auto-layout).
• Experience with Custom Code (CSS/React) overrides in Framer is a plus for unique functionality.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
