FigJam + Figma Wireframes (MVP SaaS)

We are building an early-stage property platform MVP (owners, home-hunters, agents, admin).

I’m looking for a UX-focused designer to help organise and visualise existing product flows using FigJam and Figma — not to redesign from scratch.

What already exists

• Very detailed written wireframe specs (Owner, Home-Hunter, Admin, Public pages)
• Clear page list and navigation structure
• Defined Phase 1 vs Phase 2 behaviour
• Naming conventions and logic already agreed

Your job is to translate this into visual flow maps and wireframes so everything is aligned and easy to review.

What you will do

Phase 1 – FigJam (flows & structure)

• Create FigJam boards that map:
• Owner flows
• Home-Hunter flows
• Agent / Partner touchpoints
• Admin overview
• Show:
• Page transitions
• Entry points
• Key decisions (e.g. booking confirmed vs pending)
• This is logic & clarity, not visual polish

Phase 2 – Figma (wireframes)

• Create low–mid fidelity wireframes in Figma
• Use simple components, clean layout
• No brand polish needed
• Desktop-first (mobile secondary)

• ❌ No heavy UI styling
• ❌ No copywriting from scratch

This is a product thinking + structuring task.
