Figma Designer for SAAS

About the Project

We’re building a next-generation SaaS platform that enables agentic workflows – AI-driven sequences where users can visually plan, execute, and monitor automated processes. Our product will cater to technical and business users, requiring intuitive UI/UX for complex functionality like workflow orchestration, state visualization, and sequence management.

We’re looking for a talented Figma designer who has experience designing SaaS dashboards, workflow builders, and multi-step automation UIs. You should be able to transform technical requirements into clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design SaaS application interfaces in Figma with a strong focus on workflow orchestration and automation sequences.
• Create visual representations of multi-step workflows, agents, and state transitions.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex agentic workflows into intuitive user journeys.
• Develop design systems and reusable components to maintain UI consistency.
• Produce interactive prototypes for stakeholder review and usability testing.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, usability tests, and real-world workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing SaaS applications in Figma (please include your portfolio).
• Prior work on workflow builders, automation tools, or AI orchestration platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong grasp of UX for complex systems, including drag-and-drop builders, visual node/graph editing, and multi-step wizards.
• Ability to design responsive layouts for both web and desktop SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with AI/automation concepts (bonus if you’ve worked on LLM or agent-driven tools).
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration.

• Experience designing for agentic AI workflows or business process automation tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n, LangGraph, Temporal).
• Knowledge of system states, error handling UX, and real-time dashboards.
• Understanding of design handoff for dev teams using React, Tailwind, or similar.
