We’re looking for an experienced Figma designer who can quickly create high-quality email templates for our full customer journey. These templates will be used by our marketing team and must follow a clean, modern, premium aesthetic — similar to luxury beauty/cosmetics brands — but aligned with our brand guidelines (colors, typography, spacing, icon style, etc.). This is a fast-turnaround project. Please only apply if you can start immediately.

💼 Project Overview

We need a designer to build email wireframes + polished visual designs in Figma for the full lifecycle journey. These email journey templates will be used beyond just email. Based on performance and design quality, these visuals may be repurposed across:

Our website

Slide decks (investor, sales, and customer presentations)

Marketing collateral

Case studies

Social content

Because of this, brand alignment is critical. All designs must consistently reflect our brand identity — including color palette, typography, iconography, and visual tone. We also have access to a variety of existing brand elements (icons, shapes, imagery styles), and we can provide any assets you need to ensure full alignment and reusability.

For EACH stage of the journey, we need two versions:

A-Style: Clean, simple wireframe

B-Style: More detailed, refined design (premium/luxury aesthetic)

All final files must be created in Figma, fully editable, and ready for handoff.
