Overview:

FocusGroups.org is looking for a skilled Figma designer to organize and optimize our existing design assets. This role involves creating a design library in Figma, cleaning up existing Figma designs, and collaborating closely with our developer to implement web and app designs. We need someone who can maintain our existing design vision and ensure seamless integration into our digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

Build a reusable and scalable component library within Figma to ensure consistency across projects.

Edit and refine existing designs in Figma to meet project requirements while adhering to our established design style.

Collaborate with our developer to implement and test designs for web and app projects.

Ensure designs are optimized for both Android and iOS platforms, with a primary focus on Android but with flexibility for iOS needs.

Provide input on usability and design improvements while adhering to the current design aesthetic.

Qualifications:

Proficient in Figma and experienced in creating and managing design systems.

Strong understanding of modern web and app design best practices, including responsiveness and accessibility.

Excellent communication skills for collaborating with developers and other team members.

Ability to adopt and maintain an existing design vision without introducing unnecessary changes.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience designing for Android and iOS applications.

Experienced in creating high quality UI/UX designs for high traffic websites.

Knowledgeable about best practices in membership-based websites.

Understanding of front-end development concepts for better collaboration with developers.

Deliverables:

A fully organized design library in Figma.

Edited and polished existing Figma designs ready for implementation.

Collaboration with the developer to ensure successful execution of web and app designs.

Budget and Timeline:
