ead end-to-end UX/UI design using Figma — from wireframes and prototypes to polished UI.

Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate requirements into scalable design systems and user flows.

Design new features across, video & graphic editing, analytics dashboards, template libraries, and brand control modules.

Create reusable components, and responsive layouts for web apps and embedded widgets.

Conduct quick usability tests, incorporate user feedback, and refine designs for clarity and accessibility.

Maintain a unified design language and contribute to the evolving Cliquify design system.

What You Bring

3+ years of product design experience in SaaS or digital products.

Expert-level skill in Figma, including auto-layout, variables, tokens, prototyping, component libraries, and dev handoff.

Strong portfolio showcasing modern UI, thoughtful UX flows, and system-level thinking.

Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced startup environment and iterate quickly.

Familiarity with HR tech, AI tools, or content creation products is a strong plus
