Figma Expert Needed: Optimize & Automate Figma Slides Using Existing Brand Libraries & Components

We’re looking for an experienced Figma power user to help us fully leverage Figma Slides, specifically by connecting it efficiently with our existing Figma Design brand style guides, components, and libraries.

We already have a well-structured design system in Figma (colors, typography, components, brand elements), but when it comes to creating presentations in Figma Slides, the process currently feels manual, time-consuming, and inefficient.

Our goal is to

Reuse existing components and brand assets seamlessly in Figma Slides

Reduce repetitive manual work

Establish a scalable, automated, or semi-automated workflow for presentation creation

We’re not just looking for someone to “build slides” — we want someone who can teach us the right system and best practices so our team can move fast going forward.

What We Need Help With

Connecting Figma Design libraries & components to Figma Slides

Best practices for using components, variants, and styles in Slides

Setting up reusable slide templates based on our brand system

Identifying automation opportunities (variables, components, plugins, workflows, etc.)

Reducing manual effort and improving consistency across presentations

Providing guidance, documentation, or a walkthrough for our team

Deep experience with Figma Design Systems

Strong understanding of Figma Slides

Knows how to structure components, variants, and libraries for scale

Familiar with automation concepts, variables, and productivity workflows in Figma

Able to explain concepts clearly and work collaboratively
