Figma to HTML: Build a Single-Page Responsive Dashboard - Contract to Hire

I'm looking for a skilled front-end developer to convert my Figma dashboard design into a fully responsive, single-page HTML file. The final deliverable should be entirely client-side with no backend dependencies or external frameworks required.

All interactive elements must function seamlessly within the page itself. This includes navigation, dropdown menus, buttons, and any other UI components present in the design. The goal is to create a self-contained microsite where users can interact with all features without leaving the page or requiring server-side processing.

I will provide all necessary assets, including the Figma file, images, icons, and any other resources needed to complete the build. You won't need to source or create any design elements yourself.
