We need a modern, elegant, and high-performance website with a mobile-first design philosophy. The final product should feel premium, load exceptionally fast, and provide an intuitive user experience for our discerning clientele of business owners and investors.

Scope of Work

• Design and develop a fully responsive, mobile-first website (approx. 5-10 core pages: Home, About/Team, Services, Transactions, Insights/Blog, Contact).
• Ensure top-tier performance and fast loading speeds (target under 2 seconds).
• Integrate subtle, professional animations and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement without being distracting.
• Develop a "Valuation Estimator" tool for lead generation (functional requirements will be provided).
• Develop a page that lists businesses, something like a real estate listing of houses, with basic filters
• Allow for multi-language
• Set up basic SEO
• Set up WP CMS so easy for team to manage going forward
