Scope of Work

Ensure top-tier performance and fast loading speeds (target under 2 seconds).
Integrate subtle, professional animations and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement without being distracting.
Develop a "Valuation Estimator" tool for lead generation (functional requirements will be provided).
Develop a page that lists businesses, something like a real estate listing of houses, with basic filters
Allow for multi-language
