Figma UI kit - brand assets

We’re looking for an experienced **UI/UX Designer with strong Design System experience** to help us **organize, structure, and standardize an existing brand system inside Figma**.

Important context

✅ **All visual assets already exist** (logos, icons, colors, typography, components, patterns, etc.)

✅ We already have a **Figma Make file** where assets are generated

### **What You’ll Be Working With**

• A comprehensive **Brand System Guide** (structure, naming, hierarchy, rules)
• Existing assets for **multiple brands** (enterprise + SMB styles)
• Components generated via **Figma Make**
• Clear folder structure, naming conventions, and roadmap already defined

Your job is to **translate this guide into a clean, scalable Figma design system**.

### **Responsibilities**

• Organize existing components into a **proper Figma Library**
• Apply **standardized naming conventions** (components, variants, properties)
• Structure files into:
• Brand Foundations
• UI Component Library (Atoms / Molecules / Organisms)
• Marketing Components
• Templates & Layouts
• Documentation
• Clean up:
• Component hierarchy
• Variant logic
• Auto-layout consistency
• Ensure everything is:
• Library-ready
• Reusable
• Scalable
• Easy for non-designers to use
• Set up basic **documentation pages inside Figma** (usage, do/don’t, structure)

### **Required Experience**

• Strong experience with **Figma design systems**
• Deep understanding of:
• Components vs instances
• Variants & properties
• Auto-layout
• Published libraries
• Experience organizing **large component libraries**
• Ability to follow **strict system guidelines**
• Bonus if you’ve worked with:
• Enterprise design systems
• Atomic design methodology
• Multi-brand systems

### **Nice to Have**

• Experience cleaning up **Figma Make–generated output**
• Familiarity with **design tokens**
• Experience documenting design systems
• Previous work on SaaS, B2B, or enterprise products
