Figma UX/UI Designer – EmployPro™ Web Application Dashboard (Desktop-First)

Job Description

Perle Communications, Inc. is seeking an experienced Figma UX/UI Designer to design the user-facing screens for EmployPro™, a secure, authenticated web application with user and admin dashboards.

This design phase will begin after successful completion of follow-up User Acceptance Testing (B-UAT) and will focus on translating validated workflows into a clear, intuitive, and professional dashboard experience.

This is a design-only engagement. Development and implementation are handled separately by our engineering team.

Scope of Work

Design approximately 30–35 user-facing screens in Figma

Includes login, sign-up, dashboards, edit/delete states, and admin views

Desktop-first design (primary scope)

Align designs with existing Equa Exchange / Perle Communications branding

Emphasis on

Usability and clarity

Accessibility-minded layout

Consistent dashboard UX patterns

Create reusable components and maintain layout consistency across screens

Out of Scope (Important)

❌ No development or coding

❌ No React or implementation work

❌ No animations

❌ No backend logic

❌ No content writing beyond basic UI labels/placeholders

Mobile Design (Optional / Phase 2)

Mobile designs may be scoped as a separate phase after desktop designs are completed and reviewed.

Please provide an add-on estimate if mobile screens are included.

Timeline

Estimated design duration: 15–17 working days

Start date: Immediately following successful B-UAT completion (anticipated shortly after Christmas)

Deliverables

Fully editable Figma design files

All screens, components, and variants included

Full ownership of all design files upon payment

Budget

$1,350 for the design phase described above

Any expanded scope (e.g., mobile) to be approved separately in writing

Ideal Experience

UX/UI design for web applications or dashboards

Strong Figma workflow and organization

Experience designing authenticated user and admin interfaces

Ability to work from defined requirements and validated flows
