Figma → Website UI Implementation (Bootstrap) + PHP API Updates

I need a developer to implement my website UI/UX from Figma (pixel-perfect, responsive) and also complete required PHP backend/API updates. The scope below was drafted by a developer who already worked on our vendor panel and reviewed the existing backend code.

Current stack: PHP backend, Bootstrap UI, jQuery (plus sliders/carousels), Cloudflare CDN.

Scope (pages/modules)

1. Login/Sign up

• Sign in, Forgot password, Verify email, Reset password, Verify number (OTP), Sign up (OTP/Twilio may need fixing)

2. Product Purchase flow

• Age confirmation, Location permission/selection, Search with location
• Homepage + Categories + Product list + Product details (+ popup)
• Add to cart, Delivery pincode popup, Payment details (Apple Pay/PayPal shown in design), Payment success
• Delivery instructions (must show in order page), Live order tracking (new module), Cancel order popups
• Review page + Rating success

3. Other pages

• About, Corporate accounts, Retail partner + Become a partner, Affiliate program
• Contact, Blog list + detail, FAQ, Privacy Policy, Terms

4. User profile pages

• Profile, Edit profile, Order history
• Tracking states (review pending/given, cancelled, refund)
• Wallet, Add payment method, Change password
• Help center (needs admin/dashboard changes), In-app chat (implement from scratch), Contact support, Delete account popup

5. Driver pages

• Driver profile page, Driver reviews page
• ID verification page + status popups

Deliverables

• Pixel-perfect responsive UI matching Figma
• Working end-to-end flows connected to PHP backend/APIs
• Code pushed to GitHub (or delivered as repo/zip) + deployment/setup notes
• QA pass: login/OTP, purchase flow, tracking, profile, chat/help center
