FlutterFlow Developer Needed: Design-Forward, Scale-Safe MVP from Figma Make

OVERVIEW

I’m seeking a FlutterFlow developer with a strong designer’s eye to bring an already-designed app from Figma Make → FlutterFlow.

This project is called Brightlyst, a calm, thoughtfully designed home-life planning app for moms. The UI is intentionally minimal, editorial, and emotionally soothing. Design fidelity is essential, not optional.

This is an MVP feature set, but the app will be published in the App Store and must be built with scale-safe fundamentals so it can grow without requiring a rebuild.

You will not be asked to redesign — but you will need the judgment to faithfully translate design into FlutterFlow while respecting its constraints.

SCALE-SAFE MVP REQUIREMENTS (Non-Negotiable)

This MVP must be built with fundamentals that support long-term growth.

Data & Backend

• Backend: Supabase or Firebase (open to recommendation)
• All user-generated data must be scoped per user
• Authentication required (email or equivalent)
• Proper access control (RLS or security rules)

Performance & Structure

• Pagination or limits on all task and note lists
• No “load everything” queries
• Indexed fields (at minimum):

created_at

• Avoid unnecessary real-time listeners in MVP
• Manual refresh or refresh-on-open is acceptable

Scalability Expectations

• MVP should comfortably support thousands of users
• No architectural decisions that would force a rebuild at scale
• Clean, reusable FlutterFlow components
