Freelance UI/UX Designer for Ongoing Reporting & Dashboard Design (Figma)

We’re looking for a freelance UI/UX designer to support an ongoing project with recurring design tasks within the same product domain. The main focus will be reporting and dashboards (charts, tables, data-heavy views).

This is not a one-off task - we’re looking for someone we can work with over time.

You’ll be working with an existing design system and component-based architecture, so the ability to quickly understand and reuse existing components is essential.

What we’re looking for

Strong understanding of UI/UX patterns, with a focus on usability, behavior, and clarity, not just visuals

Solid experience with Figma (Zeplin is a plus)

Good grasp of spacing systems, flex/grid layouts, and consistency

Ability to deliver developer-ready designs

Clear paddings, font sizes, states, and variants

No guesswork needed for the frontend team

Comfortable working with existing components

Reuse and improve where possible

Avoid creating new components unless really needed

Good communication skills

Open to feedback and collaboration with frontend developers

Iterative mindset before finalizing designs

Nice to have

Experience with data-heavy products, dashboards, or reporting tools

Experience working closely with frontend teams (React-based products are a plus)

Location preference

We prefer designers based in Europe (East Europe, Ukraine), mainly for timezone alignment and easier collaboration.
