FREELANCER needed to convert a fully designed website - PSD files to Figma

Looking for someone with thorough knowledge of both PHOTOSHOP and FIGMA to convert an approx 25 page fully designed website. Files are currently designed in Photoshop as layered PSD files in both desktop and mobile. The site needs to be converted fully into Figma.
