Paid Media Creative Designer for Static Ads in Figma

I am looking for an experienced designer to create high performing static creatives for paid media campaigns. The main focus is on image ads for Meta and Google, with potential work across other channels such as TikTok, LinkedIn, X and programmatic platforms.
You should be very comfortable working in Figma and able to move quickly from brief to final assets while staying on brand and respecting platform best practices.
What you will do
- Create static image ads in multiple formats for Meta and Google campaigns
- Adapt concepts across different placements and aspect ratios
- Translate written briefs into clear visual concepts without heavy supervision
- Apply performance marketing and direct response principles in your design
- Deliver clean organized Figma files and export ready assets
- Iterate based on performance data and feedback when needed
Requirements
- Strong portfolio of static paid media creatives for Meta and Google
- Clear understanding of best practices for Meta and Google ads
- Expert level Figma skills
- Ability to follow a brief quickly and ask smart clarifying questions
- Strong grasp of typography layout and visual hierarchy for performance ads
- Comfortable working with brand guidelines while still pushing creative ideas
- Reliable communication and fast turnaround times
Nice to have
- Experience with DTC brands ecommerce or subscription products
- Familiarity with A B testing and creative iteration for performance

This will start as a test compensated project with a small batch of creatives. If we are a good fit there is an opportunity for ongoing work and a steady stream of briefs.
