Pre-development ux & product audit for mobile app (figma prototype)

We are looking for a senior Product Designer / UX Consultant to perform a full pre-development audit of a mobile application.

The app is already fully designed in Figma, including all main screens and flows.

The goal of this engagement is not to redesign the UI, but to ensure the product is complete, logically sound, and ready for final development handoff.

Scope of work

Review all existing screens and identify any missing flows or edge cases

Validate user journeys end-to-end (onboarding, main flows, edge scenarios)

Review Figma prototype logic (transitions, states, conditions)

Identify gaps, ambiguities, or risks for developers

Ensure the product is truly dev-ready (clear flows, states, and expectations)

Deliverables

A structured audit summary (document or Figma comments)

Clear list of missing screens / flows / states

Actionable recommendations for development readiness

Important notes

This is not a UI design task

No visual redesign is required

We are looking for product-level thinking, not cosmetic feedback

Budget note

Initial fixed budget is intentionally set lower.

We are open to adjusting it for the right senior Product / UX expert after reviewing the proposed audit scope.
