Product Designer (Design Systems / Figma / Enterprise Components)

Project overview

We're unifying our two design libraries and creating a coherent Figma component library for our enterprise web app. You'll consolidate existing design systems, integrate a vendor UI kit, and deliver a clean, production-ready library.

Scope (approx. 100 hours)

Audit two existing Figma files (±60–80 components total)

Decide which components/variants to keep, consolidate, or deprecate

Integrate missing components to fill gaps

Restyle all components to match our design language (colors, typography, spacing, states)

Organize the library with clear naming and structure

Deliver a structured design system: components, variants, tokens, documentation lite

Requirements

3+ years in product/UX design, with strong Figma expertise in design systems

Proven design-systems work (component libraries, tokens, variant strategies)

Strong Figma expertise (components, auto‑layout, libraries)

Experience adapting or extending 3rd‑party UI kits is a big plus

Excellent written and spoken English

Preferred: based in Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Ukraine, or Bulgaria; overlapping with CET
