Seeking Senior Web Designer (Figma + AI-Assisted Workflow) for our Agency - Contract to Hire

We’re looking for a high-end web designer who can deliver exceptional website designs quickly by embracing modern design workflows, including AI-assisted tools.

This is not a traditional slow, pixel-by-pixel design role.

We’re an agency building high-impact websites, and we need designers who understand:

• Conversion-focused web design
• Real-world development constraints
• How to move fast without sacrificing quality

What you'll be doing

• Designing high-quality website layouts in Figma
• Producing homepage + core page designs quickly (days, not weeks)
• Translating brand direction and client goals into clean, modern designs
• Iterating quickly based on clear feedback
• Designing systems and templates

• Embracing new AI-assisted tools and design systems
• Strong web design portfolio
• Advanced Figma experience
• Excellent visual taste
• Ability to work quickly
