Senior Brand/Product Designer Needed to Build Scalable Design System (Figma)

We’re a fast-growing SaaS company refining our brand and product marketing foundation as we enter our next phase.

We’re looking for an experienced designer to help us translate our evolving brand personality and voice into a cohesive, scalable design system that supports our marketing team.

This is not a one-off landing page project. The goal is to create a system we can build from — consistently and quickly.

Scope of Work

You’ll partner closely with our Head of Product Marketing and Head of Growth Marketing to:

Review our updated brand visual identify and personality, voice, and direction

1. Refine our new home page and product page

2. Define and formalize our visual system, including Color palette, Typography, Layout & spacing rules, Imagery style, UI graphics and reusable elements

3. Build a design system in Figma

4. Create several example assets using the system (new paid landing page, 3 new paid ad static template, 3 paid ad video templates

5. Deliver clear documentation so the system can be reused internally and adapted for AI-assisted asset creation

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience building or refining design systems

Strong command of Figma

Experience working across brand + product

Ability to think in frameworks, not just visuals

Clear communicator who’s comfortable collaborating async

• Project-based, looking to start the project immediately, and complete ASAP
