Senior UI Designer (Figma) — B2B Corporate Site

Upwork

Overview

We are building a 5-page corporate B2B website (Home, Capabilities, Case Studies, About, Contact). The site is in English. The page structure is already approved (wireframe/flow + written block descriptions). The task is to turn the approved structure into a clean, institutional-grade UI in Figma and prepare a file that is ready for development.

Important: With a $1,000 fixed budget, we will run the work in stages. We will start with the Home page to validate quality and direction, then proceed to the remaining pages once the Home is approved.

Estimated timeframe

10–20 days (depending on feedback cadence)

What we provide

  • Approved logo
  • Approved colors + typography
  • Approved site structure (wireframe/flow + written block descriptions)
  • Content descriptions for each page section

Scope (deliverables)

A) UI foundation system (Figma)

  • Grid system (desktop + mobile) and spacing rules
  • Type scale + hierarchy rules
  • Color + text styles set up as Figma styles
  • Component library with variants/states:
  • Header/navigation and footer (basic)
  • Buttons (primary/secondary/tertiary) + hover/active/disabled
  • Links
  • Form basics (input, textarea, dropdown/select) + focus/disabled/error
  • Cards, list rows, simple table/list pattern, CTA blocks

B) Final UI design for all pages (desktop + mobile)

  • Home
  • Capabilities
  • Case Studies
  • About
  • Contact
  • Utility pages: Privacy Policy / Terms (footer links only, simple layout)

C) Dev-ready Figma handoff

  • Proper Auto Layout usage
  • Components with variants and clear naming
  • Consistent styles (no one-off formatting)
  • Clean file structure (pages/sections/components organized)

Stages and approvals (required)

Stage 1 — Home page design

  • Deliver: Home (desktop + mobile) + the initial UI foundation system required to build it

Stage 2 — Revisions and Home approval

  • Deliver: Revisions to Home based on feedback until Home is approved (included: up to 2 revision rounds)

Stage 3 — Remaining pages design

  • Deliver: Capabilities, Case Studies, About, Contact (desktop + mobile) using the approved Home direction

Stage 4 — Revisions and final approval

  • Deliver: Revisions to remaining pages + final dev-ready cleanup (included: up to 2 revision rounds)

Style direction

B2B, clean, structured, high readability, strong hierarchy, credible “institutional” feel. Designed for clarity and trust (not decorative visuals).

Out of scope (unless agreed separately)

  • Multiple design directions (we choose one direction via Home approval)
  • Complex interactive UI (filters, dashboards), advanced tables, multi-step forms
  • Tablet or additional breakpoints beyond desktop + mobile
  • Copywriting, illustration, heavy visual asset creation

How to apply (mandatory)

1) Portfolio link (B2B / consulting / tech preferred)

2) 1–2 relevant examples with a short note: your role + scope + what you delivered in Figma

3) Your estimated timeline within the 10–20 day range, broken down by stages

4) Answer these screening questions (short, direct):

  • In your workflow, what does “dev-ready Figma” mean?
  • How do you structure component variants and states?
  • Share one link or screenshot that shows a component library you built (from a past project is fine)

We will ignore applications that

  • Don’t include relevant B2B/website UI examples
  • Don’t answer the screening questions
  • Can’t demonstrate strong Auto Layout + component system discipline
  • Use bot replies
