UI Designer for Lead Form Optimization (Figma to WordPress)

1. Project Overview

We are Custom Challenge Coins (https://customchallengecoins.net/), a leader in the custom coin manufacturing space. I am the UX Director looking for a hands-on UI Designer to execute a strategic redesign of our high-traffic "Get a Quote" form.

We have a user-focused design plan defined. I need a design partner to bring these ideas to life with high-fidelity visuals and polished UI logic.

2. The Engagement Path

We are looking for a long-term partner, but we believe in testing the fit first.

Phase 1: Paid Assessment (5 Hours): We will hire you for a 5-hour contract to execute specific design improvements (e.g., Logical Chunking, Smart Features) on a key section of the form.

Phase 2: Ongoing Contract: The successful candidate will move to a retainer of ~5 hours/week (with potential to grow) to execute the full redesign.

3. The Role: Execution Partner

You will work directly with me to execute specific design initiatives. I provide the UX strategy; you provide the Visual UI.

4. Goal: Transform a standard data-entry form into a visual, inspiring "Product Builder."

5. Platform: Our site is built on WordPress, so your designs must be clean, annotated, and ready for a developer to implement in that environment.

6. Examples of What You Will Design

• Visual Scaffolding: Replacing text dropdowns with visual cards and intuitive selectors.
• Logical Chunking: Designing multi-step flows that break complex information into bite-sized interactions.
• Smart UI Modules: Designing specific high-value features like cross-device uploaders and contextual cost estimators.

7. Requirements

• Deep Lead Form Experience: You must have a portfolio showing complex forms, wizards, or funnels. You understand how design impacts conversion (CRO).
• Figma Mastery: You use auto-layout, component properties, and variables efficiently. Your files are organized for developer handoff.
• WordPress Awareness: You understand the constraints and possibilities of implementing designs in WordPress/Elementor (or similar builders).

8. Availability: Fast turnaround on weekly tasks.

9. Nice-to-Have (Bonus)

• AI Asset Generation: Ability to use tools like MidJourney to create realistic textures or coin assets to populate the UI.
