UI motion design / product motion design (After Effects, Blender, Figma)

I have two still mock-ups I am using in the attached image. I want to improve these assets by creating motion graphics for both

1. Physical device mock up was generated with an existing Blender project. Goal: Use this blender project to create a short animated video of the device in motion, LEDs updating, etc.

2. Mobile app mock up in mobile device frame. Goal: Use Figma design to generate short/simple animated video of the mobile app in a mobile device frame. (I can provide screen recordings of the app for more complex scenes, but want to be able to create simple animations from Figma design only.)

These two animated videos will be paired together in a short animated sequence, and should have a transparent background so that I can use it in Marketing and a Website.

If you can do this I will have follow up work for additional variations.
