UI/UX Designer for Clean Financial Web App (Figma + Tailwind, Optional Build Help)

I'm a senior engineer with a working personal finance app built in React and Tailwind. The core product is functional, but the UI and UX need a full redesign. Right now it's developer-designed. It works, but it's missing structure, clarity, and polish.

I'm looking for a product designer to redesign about six key screens in Figma. This includes the dashboard, budget editor, onboarding, and a couple of other pages. Both desktop and mobile. I’d like the redesign to be clean, modern, and component-friendly, especially for Tailwind.

You should be someone who has worked on dashboards, fintech, SaaS tools, or anything with user data and real UX thinking behind it. I'm especially looking for someone who understands spacing systems, layout consistency, and how to design interfaces that help users make decisions.

If you have experience with financial tools or apps that involve behavior, goals, or peer comparison, that is a big plus. This is not about marketing pages or flashy animation. I'm looking for thoughtful, clean product design.
