UI/UX Designer for Luxury B2B Digital Showroom (Figma Prototype + Visual System)
Upwork
I’m looking for a mid level UI/UX designer to refine and elevate an existing website for Arteva Showroom, a digital showroom for the hospitality and tabletop industry.
The site already exists. The bones are built.
What’s missing is polish, clarity, flow, and visual cohesion.
Your job is to step into the customer’s shoes, audit the experience, and redesign the interface so it feels intentional, premium, and effortless to navigate.
This is not a blank-slate brand project.
This is a refinement and elevation project.
Scope of Work
1. UX Audit & Customer Journey Review
Review the live site and current structure
Identify friction points, confusion, or visual inconsistency
Improve navigation, hierarchy, and flow for B2B buyers
2. High-Fidelity UI Prototype (Figma or Miro)
Create clickable or clearly structured prototypes
Focus on key pages (homepage, product/category pages, filters, cart/quote flow)
Show before/after thinking where relevant
3. Visual System & Color Direction
Refine color palette (luxury, warm, editorial—not techy or sterile)
Improve spacing, typography hierarchy, and contrast
Ensure consistency across web and future social content
4. Motion & Micro-Animations (Conceptual)
Suggest subtle animations or transitions that elevate the experience
Examples: hover states, page transitions, image reveals
You do not need to code—just design and document clearly
5. Design Direction for Future Scaling
Create reusable components/templates
Design should be adaptable across the website and marketing visuals
Deliverables
Figma or Miro prototype
UI recommendations + rationale
Color and visual direction guidance
Animation/motion concepts (visual or annotated)
Clear handoff-ready designs
Timeline (Important)
Initial concepts/templates within 2–3 days
Final refinements within 7 days
This is a fast-moving project—please don’t apply if you can’t turn quickly
Who This Is For
UI/UX designers with experience in luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or editorial brands
Designers who think beyond “pretty screens” and understand buyer psychology
Strong Figma users who can communicate design decisions clearly
Not a Fit If
You only do wireframes with no visual depth
You need weeks to deliver initial concepts
You rely on generic SaaS UI patterns
