UI/UX user flows and prototypes in Figma to help with existing web app

We are looking for a responsive web design expert to help modify our existing figma designs or come up with new designs when needed

Must have UI/UX experience and present decisions based on user research, personas, design principles, and examples

Must be comfortable discussing requirements with team on zoom calls

Work is occasional maybe a few hours in a busy weeks and no work in most weeks

Looking for someone who is comfortable with this work arrangement

Because we do not have a lot of work, we do not expect you to drop everything and work with us when needed.

We can schedule calls ahead and be flexible with delivery times but a typical 24 hour communication responses are expected.

Preferred mode of communication is slack
