UX/UI Designer — Legal-Tech Design System (Figma, System Thinking)
UpworkShare this job:
We are selecting a UX/UI designer for SEVA F11, a decision-driven legal-tech module.
This is not a branding or marketing UI project.
Portfolio visuals are not sufficient to evaluate fit.
The only entry point to this role is a mandatory microtask.
⭐ Mandatory Microtask (Required)
All applicants must complete a short microtask
(approx. 1–2 hours).
The microtask evaluates
system thinking
component & variant architecture
multi-state logic (OK / Conditional / STOP)
STOP-state UX handling
Figma structure discipline

⚠️ Applications without a completed microtask will not be reviewed.
🧩 About the Work (After Microtask)
SEVA F11 evaluates construction projects under legislation and produces one of three outcomes:
Eligible for Notification
Requires Neighbor Consent
Not Allowed (STOP condition)
The UI must clearly communicate decision logic and legal certainty, not visual decoration.
💰 Budget
The final project budget is determined strictly by microtask quality.
Pricing is discussed only after evaluation.
❌ Not a Fit If
your experience is mainly landing pages, marketing websites, or branding
you cannot demonstrate component systems and multi-state logic
you expect pricing or scope discussion before completing the microtask
✅ Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Please apply only if all points below are true
4+ years of UX/UI experience on real products
Proven work with Figma design systems (components, variants, AutoLayout)
Experience with complex, rule-based or enterprise/admin interfaces
Strong understanding of UX for decision-driven flows
Ability to structure work clearly for developer handoff
Individual designer preferred (agencies only with clear added value)
Execution beats claims.
Performance comes before pricing.
