Web Layout Adjustments to Match Figma Designs

We creating a new small site to display PowerBi reports.
At this time the tasks are
Make adjustments to the mobile views ( homepage, about , subpage)
Add new subpage template
Add new page carousel ( we created one, but it is not working well),so maybe tweak or create a completely new.
We wil be adding API call to load powerBI reports but this will be phase 2
