Website Designer Needed (Figma) – Case Studies, Careers, Blog & Supporting Pages

We’re looking for an experienced website designer to help finalize the design of our marketing website.

Our homepage is already around 70% complete. The primary focus of this project will be designing the remaining supporting pages, with a strong emphasis on clarity, conversion, and visual consistency.

Scope of Work

You will be responsible for designing the following pages (design only, not development):

• 5 individual case study pages
• Careers page
• Thank you page (post call-booking)
• Blog listing page
• Additional supporting pages as needed

All designs will be created in Figma. We already have a development team who will handle implementation, so this role is purely focused on design.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience designing modern, conversion-focused websites
• Clean, structured layouts with strong visual hierarchy
• Ability to design case study pages that clearly communicate results and credibility
• Experience designing marketing, agency, or B2B websites is a plus
• Comfortable collaborating with a dev team and iterating based on feedback

Deliverables

• High-fidelity Figma designs for all pages listed above
• Consistent design system aligned with our existing homepage
• Mobile and desktop layouts
