WordPress + Elementor Expert Needed to Build Figma Design 1:1 (Fast, Lightweight, CWV)

I’m looking for a strong WordPress developer to take a finished Figma design (mobile + desktop) and build it 1:1 in WordPress using Elementor.

This is a performance-first build. The site must be lightweight, modern, and score well on Core Web Vitals. No bloated plugins, no sloppy spacing, no visual drift from the design. Magic word is vanilla.

This is not a redesign or creative project. The Figma is done. Your job is precise execution.

Scope of Work

• Build a responsive WordPress site from Figma (desktop + mobile)
• Elementor-based build (clean structure, reusable components where appropriate)
• Pixel-accurate implementation (spacing, typography, layout)
• Fast load times and strong Core Web Vitals
• Proper mobile responsiveness and breakpoints
• Basic SEO and performance best practices baked in

Technical Requirements

• WordPress + Elementor (no Elementor junk widgets)
• Clean DOM structure
• Minimal plugins
• Optimized images and fonts
• Good CWV scores (LCP, CLS, INP)
• Modern web standards

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience improving Elementor performance
• Familiarity with hosting environments like WP Engine or similar
• Ability to explain performance decisions briefly
